1, All J&H employees must work in a safe environment and must ensure that the area is safe for customers.
2, First aid to be provided by company and be avalable to all persons at all times.
3, All persons entering work conditions must have appropriate health & safety work wear.
4, Fire extinguishers must be at hand at all times on site & in vans.
5, All exists to remain clear for all persons on site at all times.
6, COSH paperwork to be on hand at all times.
7, Washing facilities must be at hand (running water/ wipes etc).
8, Electrical tools must be in good working order.
9, Ventilation equipment must be at hand if needed, and respiratory devices.
10, All waste materials are to be disposed of by licensed carrier.
Safety Statement:
1. JH Repairs & Renovations are a Limited Company registered in England & Wales.

2. All sites must be deemed safe for J&H employees before any works can commence.

3. Customer to clear area of personal effects.
​
4. All contracts are binding and any extra work must be financially confirmed before extra works can commence.
​
5. T&Cs must be read and agreed by the customer on acceptance of contract.
​
6. Quotations are binding unless unforeseen circumstances arise on said contract, extra costs to be agreed by customer and J&H representative.

7. Customer changes to materials and contract may incur extra cost to customer, this must be agreed between customer and J&H representative.
1. All payments are to be met in full within 24 hours of agreed end of contract.

2. Material costs are to be paid to J&H Repairs before site is attended for works to commence.
​
3. Payment receipts will be sent to customer immediately on clearance of funds, as with all payments.
​
4. Payment of cheques will need to be paid 5 working days in advance of contract start.
​
5. Payment types we accept are as follows: BACS, CASH, CHEQUES.

6. Contracts 6 or more working days in length will require interim payments of £600.00 per 5 working days. (This is noted on all sent quotations)
1. All labour is guaranteed for 12 months.

2. All materials purchased by the customer is not under our guarantee, labour to defected parts will be at extra cost to be agreed between customer and J&H representative.

3. Any material deemed damaged by the customer will not be covered under our guarantee.
